Terms of Service

Last updated July 2026

Draft pending counsel review. Placeholder wording, not yet the binding agreement.

These terms govern use of the Nuclio platform operated by Nuclio Network Ltd ("Nuclio", "we"). By creating an account you agree to them. This is a Phase-0 draft; the binding version will be issued before paid subscriptions begin.

1. What Nuclio provides

Nuclio is infrastructure for publisher-led affiliate networks: click tracking, attribution evidence, merchant-governed rules, and automated settlement. Publishers own the commercial relationship with brands; brands govern the rules for their own store; Nuclio enforces both.

2. Accounts & roles

Publishers and brands are responsible for the accuracy of their account details and for activity under their credentials. Disclosure of affiliate relationships is the publisher's legal responsibility; Nuclio provides tooling and an audit trail.

3. Fees

Publishers pay a flat subscription and a processing fee on commissions paid out, shown transparently on every invoice. Nuclio does not take a percentage of publisher commissions.

4. Money movement

Commissions, invoices, payouts and rolling reserves are handled through our payment provider. Reserves and hold periods exist to cover refunds and disputes and are described in the product.

5. Acceptable use

No fraudulent traffic, self-referral, or circumvention of tracking. Nuclio may freeze commissions and suspend accounts for suspected abuse pending review.

6. Liability & changes

The service is provided on a commercially reasonable basis. We will give notice of material changes to these terms. Governed by the laws of England and Wales.
