What we hold
Nuclio tracks clicks and orders with opaque tokens. We never request or receive customer names, emails, phone numbers, addresses or purchase histories from stores — the most common answer to a request is that we hold nothing that identifies you.
Deletion requests
Where records do relate to you, we anonymise attribution records — the click and conversion link chain — while preserving financial records, as required by accounting law. Commission ledgers are append-only audit evidence; anonymisation removes the personal link without destroying the books.
