Draft pending counsel review. Placeholder wording, not yet the binding agreement.

Nuclio is built on data minimisation. We track affiliate attribution without collecting shopper identities. This notice summarises what we process; a full counsel-reviewed policy follows before launch.

What we never receive

Customer names, emails, phone numbers, addresses, or SKU-level purchase history. Our integrations are open source so brands can verify exactly what is transmitted.

What we do process

An opaque click token, a hashed IP and user-agent (never stored raw), a consent-state snapshot, and, from the brand's order webhook, order id, totals, currency, coupon code, shipping country, and product/ collection ids. This is the minimum needed to attribute a sale and apply the brand's rules.

Consent

Consent state is captured at click time and honoured per region. In the UK, a counsel-approved low-friction mode may apply per deployment.

Your rights

Submit a data or deletion request via our data request form. We respond within 30 days. Deletions anonymise attribution records while preserving financial records as required by accounting law.
